At Waterloo Medical Cosmetics, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which could force you to postpone or cancel your appointment. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy:

• For all medical or deposit appointments, a 48 hours notice for cancellation is mandatory. A missed appointment fee of $50 per half hour will be levied if the notice period is not adhered to.
• Aesthetic appointments require at least a 24 hours notice for any changes, failing which 50% of the service cost will be charged.
• No-shows will be penalized with a charge equal to 100% of the booked service(s). Rebooking cannot be done until this amount is paid.
• Appointment confirmation is mandatory via auto text, email, or phone call. If we are unable to reach you or receive a confirmation from you, we reserve the right to remove the services from our schedule. Ensure all online contact registration information provided is correct. 
• If frequent changes are made to appointments with less than the required notice, account balances along with a 25% deposit may have to be paid before booking the next service.

Please be aware of our Product Refund or Exchange Policy:

• Reactions to our products are very rare but can occur. Always follow the usage instructions provided with each product.
• Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, if a reaction has occurred.
• Empty jars or bottles are not eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For credit card transactions, the refund may appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

At Waterloo Medical Cosmetics, your safety and wellbeing are our primary concern. We adhere to the guidelines and recommendations of the College of Nurses and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. 

Here are our key Health and Safety policies:

• Services will only be provided when it's safe for staff and clients.
• Our clinic reserves the right to shut down if necessary for safety purposes.
• Hand sanitizer is available at the clinic entrance and in all treatment rooms for all clients.
• Our clinicians will assist in disinfecting any points of contact on the way into the clinic.
• Each treatment room is cleaned and disinfected prior to each treatment.
• Please reschedule your appointment if you exhibit any of the following COVID-19 symptoms:

   - Fever

   - New or worsening cough

   - Shortness of breath

   - Sore throat or difficulty swallowing

   - Loss of sense of taste or smell

   - Chills

   - Headaches

   - Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches

   - Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain

   - Pink eye (conjunctivitis)

   - Runny nose/nasal congestion without other known cause
